Delivery and Pick Up Terms
1. All products must be redeemed on your selected pick-up date and location stated on the voucher (KLIKNROLL Store).
2. If you cannot receive confirmation email and e-voucher(s) within an hour after the transaction, please contact us.
3. The e-voucher must be presented upon redemption.
4. The e-voucher can be redeemed once only; it cannot be reproduced, copied or sold.
5. The e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers or gift vouchers.
6. The e-voucher will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
7. The e-voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in whole.
8. Any unredeemed e-voucher after the redemption period is invalid and will not be accepted and refunded.
9. Hotel shall not be responsible whatsoever for any loss, claim and/or dispute arising under such circumstances and you shall assume full responsibility of the e-vouchers upon your purchase.
10. KLIKNROLL reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions or terminate this offer without prior notice. In case of dispute, KLIKNROLL's decision shall remain final and binding.
