Delivery and Pick Up Terms

All standard service time is 24 hours, available between 10 AM to 10 PM.

Express service will complete laundry in 3 hours, available between 10 AM to 10 PM.

All laundry should be placed in the basket; items not in the basket will not be collected from the room to avoid confusion.

Payment must be made in advance. Any changes to the service will be communicated for approval, and price adjustments will be made upon room checkout.

We will enter your room to collect and return your clothes.

Laundry items are handled with care, but we are not liable for damages due to delicate fabrics, wear and tear, or items not suitable for washing.

Special laundry instructions must be provided at the time of order. If no instructions are given, standard processing will be applied.

Laundry pickup and delivery are available only within the hotel’s operating hours of 10 AM to 10 PM.

Lost items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate and, if found, return them promptly.
